I was very pleased from the start when someone answered the phone and it didn’t go to voice mail. I had an issue with a wall heater pilot light not staying on, having to re-light every time after the heater turned off. This property is a rental and in the mountains of Lytle Creek so it gets cold. I was able to get an appointment with a technician, Art, the very next morning. The technician was on time and very professional. He took care of the problem on the first visit. My tenant is an elderly woman that just had surgery and has limited mobility. Art even stayed awhile to make sure the issue would not re-occur so my tenant would not be uncomfortable. I really appreciate Art’s great customer service!
